Özet

Duodenum perforation during endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography is a rare but life threatening complication. Pneumoperitoneum with pneumothorax, pneumomediastinum and cervical subcutaneous emphysema after endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography is extremely rare and is limited to a few cases in the literature. A patient in whom a perforation occurred in the retroperitoneal duodenum during endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography and pnemoperitoneum, pneumothorax, pneumomediastinum and cervical emphysema formed afterwards is presented and the literature is reviewed in this study.
